Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Australia. Every order comes with a tracking number.

Shipping costs

Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain): free shipping on all orders.
Australia: AUD 15 flat rate with Australia Post. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time

Gulf: orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the shipping date.
Australia: orders usually arrive within 4 to 6 business days from the shipping date with Australia Post.

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on our Track your order page.

Delays

Delays can occasionally happen because of customs, weather, holidays or high demand during sale periods. When they do, we keep you informed and follow the shipment until it reaches you. If a delay exceeds 10 business days, contact us and we will act immediately.

Address and phone number

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct when ordering, because the courier contacts you before delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address or missed courier calls.

Duties and taxes

Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Any additional customs duties imposed by the destination country, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
