The store

This store is operated by SEOULA. All products are sold exclusively through our official store; we do not authorise any distributors or resellers.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your region (UAE dirhams, Saudi riyals or Qatari riyals in the Gulf, Australian dollars in Australia) and include any taxes calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, unavailable stock or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount paid.

Payment

Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.

The product and its use

SEOULA Eyes™ is a cosmetic home-care device, not a medical device for diagnosing or treating any condition. Read the user guide before use. If you are pregnant, have an implanted medical device, an active skin condition or any health condition, consult your doctor before use. Results vary from person to person.

All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to SEOULA and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

SEOULA is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website or from use of the product contrary to its instructions. Our liability towards you is limited to the value of the product you purchased, except where the law of your country does not allow this limit, including the Australian Consumer Law for customers in Australia.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. This does not remove any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on the website at the time of your order applies.
